Product Description
1. Mining machinery stone jaw crushers can be solely used or in combination with other beneficiation equipment or gravel processing equipment.
2. It is widely used in the departments of mine, smeltery, construction, road, railway, irrigation works and chemical industries, etc. The raw materials can be various medium hard and hard ore, such as ore, quartz, granite, limestone, slags, construction materials, marble, etc..
3. The stone jaw crushers crush all kinds of minerals and rocks with compressive strength less than 320 MPa.
4. There are two types of jaw crusher: Coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher. PE series is used for primary (coarse) crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.
Working Principle of Stone Jaw Crusher:
By the co-work of eccentric shaft and adjustment setting, the moving jaw makes an arc movement. The space between fixed jaw and moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw plate is closed to fixed jaw plate, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It becomes bigger when the moving jaw leaves the fixed jaw. And then the finished products discharge from the bottom.
