Stone Crushing Process
Stationary crushing plant and mobile crushing plant (portable crushing plant) are available. Stationary crushing plant has fixed plant structures.
Crushing processes are as followings.
Firstly, Massive stones are evenly sent from feed bin to jaw crusher for rough crushing through vibrating feeder, then to cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing sent by belt conveyor. Secondly, through belt conveyor, the fine crushed stones are transferred to vibrating screen for screening, so stones of different sizes will be screened out. Thirdly, the stones which meet requirement of finished products will be transferred to finished products pile, while the others will be sent back to cone crusher or impact crusher by belt conveyor for crushing again. In this way the closed-circuit cycles are formed. According to clients' requirements, combination and classification of finished particles can be conducted.
Mobile crushing station, which is also called Portable crusher, incorporates all the equipments together on a trailer, which has high chassis, narrower body compared with other trailers.
Portable crushing plant (mobile crushing plant) can be easily transported on highways and moved to crushing sites, so it is able to achieve on-site crushing without material transporting from one place to another place. In addition, Mobile crushing plant (portable crushing plant) is able to transport the final products to a truck directly. It can start to work soon even in the bumpy ground without re-installation, so it saves more time and money than fixed crushing plant which needs to install crushing machines one by one.
Mobile crushing plant and screening plant are composed of primary crushing and screening station and secondary crushing, belt conveyor, etc. Mobile crushing station is an independent working unit, they can respectively assume their different responsibility, and the belt conveyor is responsible for material transmitting and piling up between each crushing station.
