Structure
There are two types of machine frame: welded type and assembled type. The former is for small and middle size, the latter is for big size.
(1) Welded typeThe welded type adopts large angle transitional rounded angle and low stress zone welding method to ensure frame stress balanced, which with features of anti-shock resistance, equal force, low failure rate and so on.
(2) Assembled typeAssembled type adopts advanced modularity and no welding framework, it has the features of big fatigue strength, high reliability, easy delivery and installation, especially for the underground mine, high altitude mine and other diffificult transportation areas.
Mobile crushing and screening plants
Mobile crushing and screening plants can be widely applied to primarycrushing, secondary crushing, tertiary crushing, quaternary crushing, sand making,shaping, sand washing, classifying and screening of minerals and stones in variousindustries. It can also be applied to civic construction waste disposal, civic projects, bridgeand tunnel construction and other projects that require timely transferring operations, thusmeeting the diverse needs of diffrent customers.
The chassis adopts the track-mounted mechanism with the minimum gap of 263mm fromthe ground and the maximum climbing angle of 20*, which is able to meet the needs forequipment to transfer to different working sites of mining and construction waste disposal.
The main conveyor and the natural fine material conveyor can be extended and folded by hydraulic cylinders. After folding, the whole machine can meet the road transportation requirements without removing any parts.
Packaging & Delivery
The jaw crusher should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
