Product Description

Diamond wire saw machine for granite suitable for bench cutting and block squaring.
The machine can cut in any direction, vertical, horizontal and also along inclined surfaces. This is made possible by the motorized 180°rotation of the drive wheel unit.

The machine is equipped with a HMI touch screen from Inovance. With its vivid ad graphic display, you can get access to all the working data such as, main motor current, wire speed, feeding speed, cutting efficiency, working time and more.



The control screen is encased in a control box made from engineered plastic, light and convenient with 15m of cable to move around. (wireless option also available) The total unit is waterproof, dustproof and can resist freezing, suitable for all quarry conditions. The protection cover is
transparent so you can monitor the control screen.




Using inverters and PLC controls, the main motor speed can be adjusted polelessly from 0 to 40
m/s.
The control system uses complete digital communication which require less electrical components resulting in less faults and down time.
The machine system has s fault detection intelligence system function, displays the alarms and gives troubleshooting and possible solutions which can help operator find and solve problems immediately.
Using PID technology, the machine can adjust the feeding speed automatically according to the changing load of the main motor. This keeps the wire tension constant, preventing wire breaking and extending diamond wire life.
The machine comes standard equipped with 5 pieces of 2m length of dual feeding rail system. These rails have a lower profile than traditional rails, which allows to perform horizontal cuts at a lower level.
