Description
The Vacuum series mixer: The concentric double-shaft mixer integrates mixing, dispersion and mixing. In the middle is the high-speed dispersing shaft and the other shaft that is concentric with the high-speed shaft to drive the frame-type mixing blade, which can treat materials with high viscosity or more particles in a short time. Dispersing shearing and mixing and stirring are carried out at the same time.
1. Compared with only mixing or only dispersing efficiency, the whole machine can be divided into hydraulic lifting (floor) type and platform kettle type.
2. The floor type can be selected for small capacity and need to be cleaned frequently, and the cleaning of the mixing cylinder can be facilitated after hydraulic lifting;
3. If the required mixing capacity is large (more than 1000L), the platform type bottom discharge can be used, because the large capacity is not convenient to move the material tank even if the floor type is used;
4. The power of the corresponding motor is set according to the mixing volume, and there are two kinds of explosion-proof and ordinary;
5. The disperser is generally a sawtooth impeller, and the agitator can be divided into two types: frame type and anchor type;
6. The cylinder can choose a cooling spacer or electric heating;
