HUADA DTH Drilling Machine



This machine uses compressed air to drive a hammer to strike the rock, the air blowing out the dust. It's mostly used to drill holes as pre-work for diamond wire saw machine. It can also be used ofr earth-rock blasting.






I  Characteristics of the D-T-H Drilling Machine
  1. Easy location: there are multiple fastening points for easy location of the machine, especially suitable for fast drilling works in a narrow space .

 2. Flexible drilling: optimized double-hinge or universal ball joint between the headpiece and main frame make it possible for drilling vertical, horizontal or inclined holes .
 3. Efficient and accurate: unique slide guide and propulsion designs ensure fast feed and the straightness of drilled holes. The drilling rod can be released quickly
 4. Highly optional: Choice of power source to meet special working conditions in different quarry: pneumatic, pneumatic-electric or pneumatic-hydraulic. Hammers and drill bits of various specifications are available to meet the requirements for drilling stone of different hardness .

5. Safe and Protective: the air distribution system is equipped with a seperate operating table to prevent dust to do harm to the operator. The lubrication system is equipped with pressure gauge and manual reversing function, to ensure and safe use of the machine.

II  Technical Parameters of D-T-H Drilling Machine

When choosing a DTH machine, you need to consider the following elements:

1. the size of the holes. the common size is 90mm for stone quarries.
2. the depth of the holes. Usually the DTH drilling machine can drill a maximum of 20 meters horizontally, and 40 meters vertically.
3. the availability of air provided by the air compressor and the electricity.

3-1 Model: DTH 90-P

The pheumatic DTH drilling machine uses pheumatic motors as its rotary and feed power source, thus no electricity is required.






3-2 Model: DTH 90-E


The pheumatic& electric DTH drilling machine uses pheumatic motors as its rotary power source, and electric motor as its feed power source, so air consumption is lower than that of pheumatic DTH drilling machine while requiring a 3kW input of electricity.




 
3-3 Model: DTH 165-H


The hydraulic DTH drilling machine uses hydraulic system as its rotary and feed power source, so it can drive larger hammer, and drill much bigger holes ranging from 65mm to 165mm.
