I. Parameters of the Machine
  
HUADA offers a series of diamond wire saw machine to meet the varied demands in quarries. DWS-55/DWS075 are used for big block mining, while DWS-37 is used for blocking squaring or trimming.

In 2019, HUADA launched its newest serious diamond wire saw machine, DWS-37M/55M/75M. The new machine uses permenanent magnet motor to increase the machine's cutting capacity and greatly reduce the heat generation and energy loss. The new machine turns to be a huge success and is going to take its fair market share in the coming years.

II.  Characteristics of the Machine  

1. The diamond wire saw machine is equipped with brand inverter and PLC, coupled with a full digital communication system and real-time current tracking capability. This ensures the constant tension of diamond wire for more efficient cutting and longer life.
2. The automatic control software features multi-language digital display and data storage system. Having been used in quarry practice for over 20 years, the cutting parameters and operational statistics have been fine tuned to meet the customers' needs .
3. The structural strength, ventilation and heat dissipation of the diamond wire saw machine are analyzed using digital simulations to ensure continuously stable operation of the machine for extended period of time, especially suitable for severe working conditions in quarry .
4. The operation of the machine is protected by built-in speed regulating interface.
5. Machine stops automatically when emergency, like wire break, occurs.
6. Many other functions are optional to meet the unique quarrying needs of different customers.

III. Operation of the Machine
     
        Diamond wire saw machine is widely applied to cut the granite, marble, limestone, sandstone, and slate quarries. It is versatile as it can perform horizontal, vertical or inclined cutting in high efficiency. With the guiding wheels, the machine can be flexibily placed  where convenient.
