PE series jaw crusher adopts extrusion crushing. Its working principle is as follows: The motor drives belt and pulley wheel, making the movable jaw upside and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between toggle plate and movable jaw becomes large, and the movable jaw plate is pushed close to the fixed jaw plate, meanwhile the materials are crushed or milled, rubbed to realize the crushing purpose. On the contrary, when the movable jaw down, the angle becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the rod and spring. Then materials have been crushed are discharged from the bottom opening of crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw cyclically crush and discharge materials, realizing mass production.
