Product Description

Bridge Cutting Machine Introdduction:
The machine is a popular bridge saw that widely used in trimming and fabricating slab, tile, countertops, etc. It is able to cut 3200mm length and 2000mm width and 175mm thick (126"×78" ×7"). 
The mechanical body is made of very strong cast iron for stability and long lifetime. It also provides covered oil bath for the movements of bridge rails.


The laser guide and eletric system gives high accuracy for the machining tolerance.


The blade travels on the beam and it also provides power tilting 0 - 45 degree for mitre edge trim


The table turns 0 - 360 degree automatically and it also tilts 0 - 85 degree hydraulic for easy load and unload of the material.


This monobloc bridge saw machine is computer control.It is PLC control and able to program for up to 99 repeat cuts automatically.All functions are operated on the color touch screen control panel with live datas. Besides, wireless remote provides easy control of the saw making its usrs very friendly
