Working Principle of High Capacity Hydraulic Impact Crusher for Stone Mining
 
Impact crusher uses impact energy to crush material. When it works, the rotor, under the drive of the motor, rotates at a high speed. The material entered from the feed inlet is impacted and crushed by the high-speed plate hammer on the rotor. The crushed materials will be rebounded to the lining plate for crushing again. At last, the material is discharged from the discharging outlet. Besides, adjusting the clearance between the impact rack and the rotor can change the size and the shape of the finished product.
