Product Description

BRIGHT NANO MIRROR POLISHING PRODUCTION LINE is developed by Shuoyu machinery which with a number of patented technology ceramic polished tiles nano anti pollution processing equipment. It's mainly used to improve ceramic polished tiles surface anti pollution performance and texture, Unlike the common nano coating technology. The main technical characteristics of this machine is to fill up the micro pores and cracks on polished tiles surface with  20-100nm size of nano particles by a special processing method, and ultimately formed a stable bond reaction structure, thereby blocking infiltration the micro-cracks in the tiles by various pollution sources. Processed by this machine the brightness of the polished tile is up to 90°or more, the tile surface texture is more translucent, with more bright colors, with better 3D veins appearance.
Note: 400-600mm polished tile and 1000-1200mm polished tile, can be produced as per customer's requirements.
