Product Description

HLSQ-700 is a PLC Controlled bridge saw with interpolated axes and human-machine interface, togethering with ultra-high precision rotary encoder positioning and infrared device.
With rotating and tilting work bench, the machine can fullfill the vertical and horizontal cutting.
Head can be 45° chamfering cutting.
The main spare parts of the machine adopt high-quality materials.
Thus the whole machine is featured with high cutting efficiency, high cutting precision, high stability, easy-operation. Specially engineered to cut and process of marble, granite, or other natural and engineered stones.

Features:

1. PLC control and intuitive interface make operation easy.
2. High precision magnetic ruler used for measuring and positioning accuracy and long life srvice.
3. Vertical saw cut with positioning aid by red laser alignment device.
4. Left-right feeding is controlled by inverter and the speed is adjusted according to stone material      
5. Hydraulic lifting system equipted through 4 guide post   
6. Powered 45 degree tilting miter head -- Optional
7. 0-90° or 0-360° table rotatation for optional.
8. 0-85° table tilt for easy feeding of slabs.
9. Four-guide pillars for cutting steady.
10. Complete with oil-immersed guide rail for crossbeam and side beam.
