Product Description

MAIN FEATURES
  1. The idea device for lifting and handling finished stone products into wooden crates or in storage.
  2. Vacuum generation quickly created by compressed air for fast sucking slabs/tiles.
  3. Executions of lifting, rotation or tilting movements are effected pneumatically.
  4. Manually operated control valves ensure the précised and adjustable movements.
  5. Use only one kind of energy source (compressed air) for operation makes its less maintenance and service.
  6. Simple and ergonomically structures result in own light weight and comfortably effortless handling.
  7. Used and attached to lightweight crane, jib slewing crane and overhead crane.
  8. Silicone suction pads make it tightly touch and suck slabs/tiles.
  9. Spring-mounted suction pads reduce the force caused by vacuum lifter touching slabs/tiles, preventing from any scratches and breaking.
  10. Integrated energy saving function to reduce the running times of vacuum generator and save air source (option).
  11. Energy saving system can also automatically restart to replenish vacuum, increasing safety of operation and reducing the possibility of risk.   
  12. Integrated vacuum system, movement controls and safety system into the control box, making easy handling. 
  13. Combined with slewing cranes and lightweight cranes (X-Y-craneways) for using. Moving the lifter along the arm tracks.
