Jaw crusher is used in primary crushing for stones and bulk materials .It processes various kinds of ore with compression strength not more than 320mp. It has been widely applied in area of is widely used in mining, quarry, metallurgy, building, highway, railway, construction wastes processing, water conservancy and cement production, etc. 
It is applied to fine crushing of various material of which compressive strength is less than or equal to 320Mpa, is applied to relatively small feeding material granularity and relatively small discharging gate, and is fitted for the secondary crushing.

Working process of jaw crusher 

 The working part of jaw crusher consists of two jaw plates, one is fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw), which is fixed vertically (or slightly outwardly at the upper end) on the front wall of the body, the other is movable jaw plate (movable jaw), which is inclined in position and forms upper and lower crushing chambers (working chambers) with fixed jaw plate. The movable jaw plate moves periodically to and fro against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separated and sometimes approached. When separated, the material enters the crushing chamber, and the finished product is discharged from the lower part; when approached, the material between the two jaw plates is crushed by extrusion, bending and splitting.
Jaw crusher can be divided into simple swing jaw crusher (simple swing jaw crusher) according to the swing mode of movable jaw plate. Complex swing jaw crusher (compound swing jaw crusher) and comprehensive swing jaw crusher are three kinds.
