Intelligent tile picking up production line is mainly consisted of convey belts part, centering and jacking part, tile picking up and turn-over part, tile rack trolley moving part etc.
Belt part: Adopted two pieces of wide belt convey, ensure the ceramic tile is not easy to shift during convey, with hard-wearing quality. 
Centering and jacking part: adopted famous brand cylinder, combined with the guide rail mechanism, the movement is smooth and flexible.
Tile picking up and turn-over part: Adopted the cylinder mechanism clamping the tile, according to the storage requirements to apply our company unique created pneumatic turning machine to turned over to certain angle, and then moved to the tile  rack position with the synchronous belt conveyor , at the meantime start the tile rack moving mechanism to put the finished tile onto the tile rack stably.   
Tile rack trolley moving part: Adopted motor shift down synchronous belt drive style, matched with tile picking up and turn-over part to put the finished tile onto the tile rack stably.
