PE Series is used in primary crushing, while PEW series is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing.

 Small Crusher features:
 This series jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, even particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, economic operating costs. Small Crusher structure:
 The Small jaw crusher is composed of frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, moving jaw, side guards, elbow board, elbow board backseat, adjust gap screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and active jaw plates, of which elbow board plays a role as insurance.

 Small Crusher operating principle: When the Small Crusher start to work , The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products such as stone after crushing will be discharged from the outlet.
