Product Introduction

PFL series vertical complex crusher is a new type fine crushing, coarse grinding machine that integrated domestic and foreign similar crusher advanced technology. It combines mechanism of impacting and grinding. Our company is industrial drafter of this crusher.
The crusher is widely used in crushing operations of cement raw materials and cement clinker. It is not only the ideal fine crushing equipment for energy saving in cement plant technical upgrade, but also applies to fine crushing of varieties of solvent raw materials in iron and steel metallurgical industry.

Product Features
  1. Cross-type crushing ensures high throughput, high through speed, high capacity, thus low energy consumption.
  2. The rotor goes through static balance test, so the vibrating is smaller and the noise is lower.
  3. Optimized design of rotor forms multistage and successive crushing chamber, which can maximize the utilization of power and space, so as to improve the performance of the machine.
  4. The hammer is adjustable by 4 pieces of adjusting block, which can realize 6 levels adjusting and 30mm adjusting space. By this way, the utilization ratio of hammer is largely increased.
  5. The hammerhead uses high abrasion-resistance alloy which ensures abrasive resistance and long service life.
  6. The integrating installation of motor and main frame occupies small installation space, which makes the installation work and maintenance easier.
  7. When PFL crusher cooperates with mill, the mill productivity can be increased by 40%, and the power consumption of the production system can be decreased by 30%.
