Work Principle
PQ series heavy hammer crusher's main parts of efficient compound crusher is rollers with hammer, the rollers consists of main shaft, sphere plate, axis roll and hammer. Motor drives roller in high speed running inner the crushing champ, the materials is send from top into the crusher, by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding into power. After first crushing, the material size is not to meet the requirements of raw materials, and large materials return to break zone continue to crush. PQ heavy hammer crusher can adjust the bottom impact plate and hammer clearance to adjust the particle size of the discharge.
