Introduction of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher 

Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a new type of crusher independently developed by CHAENG on the basis of summing up the requirements for sandstone aggregates in cement and concrete for more than 60 years, and absorbing advanced technologies of Germany, the United States and Japan. It can break the materials with medium hard strength and above such as iron ore, river pebbles, granite, etc., and it is the ideal equipment for medium and fine crushing.
 
Working Principle of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher 

HST series cone crusher is driven by the motor, and the transmission shaft rotates under the action of belt pulley and triangular belt. Next, the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to make it rotate around the axis. Meanwhile, the eccentric sleeve forces the movable cone to do rotary oscillating motion. This movement makes the movable cone and fixed cone sometimes close to, sometimes far away from the rolling wall. Materials are continuously shocked, squeezed and crushed in the crushing cavity between the crushing wall and the rolling wall. Finally, materials are discharged out of the machine when their fineness reaches the discharging standard.
